Rehabline enters 3D Era

REHABLINE introduces you to the first prosthetic and orthotic robotic machine in the Balkans.

It is used for 3D scanners and for the construction of prosthetic members and orthotics such as:

  • Tibial prostheses,
  • Prosthetic sphincters,
  • Sphincter-scoliosis (Boston type, Cheneau, DDB, PEP)
  • Tummy-leaved tunics
  • Medium pillows
  • Children’s orthopedic anatomic seats (model)
  • Protective helmets

Production Process

You can watch below the entire process for the construction of orthotic braces and artificial limbs:

1. 3D Scanning

Scan allows fast three-dimensional capture of any body point on the computer without the use of gypsum, reducing patient suffering and increasing the accuracy of measures.

2. Processing

Our team uses two kinds of software (Cube and Rodin 4d Neo) to process the 3D scanning by making any necessary modifications.

3. Simulation

Through the software, simulation of the final construction is carried out in order to identify any problematic points.

4. Production

The 7 axes of the robotic machine provide maximum precision to the final result.
